Floreat
A custom home in Floreat designed around passive solar principles and the way the owners wanted to live. North-facing living spaces, generous glazing for winter solar gain and deep eaves for summer shading create a home that works with Perth's climate rather than against it.
The design balances open-plan living with private retreats, and connects indoor and outdoor spaces through considered thresholds and material choices.
From design to handover, the communication was excellent. We always knew what was happening on site. The house performs exactly as Marco said it would.
