Designing and building your new home is an exciting journey, and we want to ensure it feels that way for you. Our top priority is to earn your trust and ensure you feel confident and delighted every step of the way. We understand the joy of watching your vision come to life, seeing your home being built brick by brick or otherwise. We are committed to listening to you and delivering quality in craftsmanship, from the initial design to the final construction. Your satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do.

1. Meet & greet

Let’s have a chat to get to know each other and discuss your dreams for your new home.

We’ll explore different options, design & build or build only, and give important information about process, timelines and technical aspects such as energy efficiency, budget and more.

If you decide you want to proceed, then the next step is ‘concept design’ or ‘cost estimate’. If you already have a design, we’ll go straight to the cost estimation in step 2.

2. Concept design

If you don’t have a design yet, the concept design phase is where we will work closely together to define your design brief.

We love to learn of all the details you have dreamed of and any images you have collected of designs and styles that appeal to you.

At this point, we will define the type of house you want, set budget and cost estimates, and plan the next steps.

3. design specification

Once you are happy with the concept design, it is time to start with the home’s detailed design and engineering specifications. This is an exciting time in which the design comes together.

While we’ve kept an eye on the energy efficiency during concept design, we will also test and optimise for energy efficiency during this stage.

If required, we will proceed with applying for design approval.

4. Pre-Start

You will receive consultation from our interior design consultant to select and design the complete interior & exterior look, feel and functionality of your house, from kitchen & bathroom to floors, doors, lights and more.

5. Construction

It’s time to start building your new home! It is always an exciting project phase when your dreams and designs take shape.

With a steady hand and an eye for detail, we will manage all phases and intricacies of construction. Of course, we will keep you updated with general progress.

Together with you, we will inspect progress on site during construction, so you always know where you stand.

During these meetings, any questions you have will be answered.

6. Love it & live it

Finally, taking possession of your new home is exciting and fulfilling. It’s lovely to see your dream home coming to life after all the preparations and effort that goes into it.

Once the construction is finished, you can rely on us to stand by & fix any issue that comes to the surface by simply using and living in your new home. We have excellent after-service and pride ourselves on doing right by our customers.
