We’ll explore different options, design & build or build only, and give important information about process, timelines and technical aspects such as energy efficiency, budget and more.

If you decide you want to proceed, then the next step is ‘concept design’ or ‘cost estimate’. If you already have a design, we’ll go straight to the cost estimation in step 2.

If you don’t have a design yet, the concept design & cost estimate phase is where we will work closely together to define your design brief.

We love to learn of all the details you have dreamed of and any images you have collected of designs and styles that appeal to you.

At this point, we will define the type of house you want, set budget and cost estimates, and plan the next steps.

There’s a small cost associated with this to cover the extensive work required to design a concept and offer cost estimate. We don’t, however, lock you in with a design & build contract!

Once you have agreed on the concept design, it is time to start with the home’s detailed design and engineering specifications. We call this phase the preliminary contract phase.

This is an exciting time in which the design comes together. You will receive consultation from our interior design consultant to select and design the complete interior look, feel and functionality of your house, from kitchen & bathroom to floors, doors, lights and more.

While we’ve kept an eye on the energy efficiency during concept design, we will also test and optimise for energy efficiency during this stage.

If required, we will proceed with applying for design approval.

With the design specifications finished we will now finalise the cost estimate and prepare the building contract.

Different types of contracts are available, such as the cost+ contract or a fixed-price contract. We will talk you through the different variants closer to the date.

When the building contract has been signed, we will lock in all our best tradesmen and women to prepare for the construction phase to ensure we are off to a flying start and can complete the construction of your home in a timely matter.

It’s time to start building your new home! It is always an exciting project phase when your dreams and designs take shape.

With a steady hand and an eye for detail, we will manage all phases and intricacies of construction. Of course, we will keep you updated with general progress.

Together with you, we will inspect progress on site during construction, so you always know where you stand.

During these meetings, any questions you have will be answered.

Finally, taking possession of your new home is exciting and fulfilling. It’s lovely to see your dream home coming to life after all the preparations and effort that goes into it.

Once the construction is finished, you can rely on us to stand by & fix any issue that comes to the surface by simply using and living in your new home. We have excellent after-service and pride ourselves on doing right by our customers.
